Yes. No module is locked behind a larger plan — Professional, Team, and Scale give you the same platform, and the only thing that changes between tiers is the per-seat rate as the team grows. What you choose is how much of it you take: Business is the paid seat, and Hygiene is a per-seat add-on that rides on it. The headline rates on this page are for both together.
Pricing is per seat, per month, in USD, and excludes sales tax. Business is the paid seat and Hygiene is an add-on on top of it, so a seat can be Business alone or Business plus Hygiene — the Hygiene add-ons can never outnumber the Business seats they ride on. Your tier is set by the total seat count: 1–5 seats sits on Professional, 6–23 on Team, and 24+ on Scale. The whole quantity bills at the rate its count lands in, so at 24 seats every seat is on the Scale rate.
The currency follows the country you are in — New Zealand customers are billed in NZD, Australian customers in AUD, and everywhere else in USD. It is not a choice between price lists. Each currency is priced independently rather than converted, so the rates on one page are not an exchange rate for another, and the currency for your subscription is recorded in your subscription order form.

Yes. Annual prepayment is 10% below twelve monthly payments, and every annual figure on this page already has that discount applied. Consultancy seats can also be billed quarterly or six-monthly at the standard monthly rate; only annual carries the discount.
HazNode® consolidates the workflows currently spread across those tools — quoting, project management, surveys, sample handling, statistics, equipment tracking, and invoicing — into one connected system. Most teams retire the spreadsheets and Word templates entirely. Xero stays in place for accounting — HazNode® works with Xero, so invoices, contacts, tax and payments sync automatically.
Most of the operational pressure in a growing consultancy comes from the same data being re-entered across multiple systems. HazNode® removes that duplication — quotes flow into projects, field data flows into reports, line items flow into invoices — so the existing team handles more work without the admin growing in step.

Yes. As your team grows, the tier and rate adjust automatically, and the whole quantity moves to the new rate rather than just the seats above the threshold — at 24 seats every seat bills at the USD $69 rate, not just the twenty-fourth. Existing users see no change to the platform.
No. The per-seat rate is the per-seat rate — USD $99, $79 or $69 depending on your seat count, excluding sales tax. Sign-ups before 31 December 2026 include onboarding at no extra charge.
